We stayed at Hotel Lorenzetti for a week-long vacation and loved every minute of it. The elegant ambiance, comfortable rooms, and inviting restaurant and bar areas made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, with a wide selection of wines to complement every meal. Mrs. Lorenzetti and her staff are true masters of hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel's free shuttle bus and the lovely shuttle driver, Goran, made exploring the city a breeze. The Wellness and Spa facilities were top-notch, and the live music every night added a special touch. We especially appreciated Mrs. Lorenzetti's personal touch of packing a homemade cake for us at the end of our stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, with an on-call shuttle service that took us to the ski lifts or town any time we wanted. The staff, especially Goran the shuttle driver, were extremely friendly and attentive. The wellness centre was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view of the mountains from our room was breathtaking. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The only slight downside was that the bathrooms could use some maintenance work.

The only downside to our stay at this hotel was that the lighting in our room was not very bright, which made it a little difficult to read at night. But, this was a minor issue that did not affect our overall experience at this great hotel.

This place has an excellent location, as it is very close to the amazing ski lift. It only takes around 10-15 minutes to reach the ski lifts, thanks to the regular shuttle service provided by this venue. The staff here is also very friendly and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met during my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with features like a balcony, mini-bar, and in-room safe. Additionally, the leisure facilities, including the spa and indoor swimming pool, were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. the location and the quality of service at this hotel were outstanding.

We had the most incredible stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa and table that made it convenient for us. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were welcomed back from skiing with cakes, wine, and snacks which was such a lovely touch. The shuttle service to the city center and ski area was incredibly convenient. The owner even personally checked in with us during dinner, showing how much they care about their guests. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel. it was an exceptional experience.

Nestled high in the mountains, this hotel is a great location for backpackers dependent on the hotel's regular shuttle service to get you into skiing. The rooms are pristine with a balcony that offers a breathtaking view. Personal touches like breakfast bags for early departure makes this hotel a standout choice. The staff is friendly and always at your service. The food is fabulous, with a great choice of dishes every dinner. The spa and wellness facilities are great with a pool and sauna to relax in after a long day skiing.

One negative aspect of the hotel's WiFi connection could be improved.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hotel facilities were modern and useful, including the shuttle service which made transportation a breeze. Plus, the location was ideal for skiing with easy access to the ski lifts and stunning panoramic views of the Dolomite mountains from the balcony. Not to mention, the breakfast spread was impressive.
